About me
Im a 19 year old freshman college student who wants to change her body and her lifestyle. I plan to lose some extra weight and become completely lean and fit by eating healthy and getting back into exercising. So I made this blog to help keep me on track with my healthy lifestyle as well as helping anyone that needs it.
